AI at work. Practical. No PowerPoint.

Everyone keeps telling you to 'do something with AI'? That is exactly where we start: with the work that eats your time today. We bring tools into your business that your people actually use. Results, not pilot projects.

Training & Talks

Your team learns from examples out of your own daily business which AI tools are worth the effort and which are not. Concrete enough to start on Monday.

Strategy & Consulting

We find the spots in your processes where AI saves time and money today. The result: three levers for the next quarter, on ten pages at most.

Implementation until it runs

We build the new workflow, roll it out and hand it over to your people. Done means running in the business, not shining in the demo.

Roman Zenner und Joscha Krug

Two Agentic Punks. One Mission.

Roman and Joscha. Between us, over 50 years in the engine room of digital products: books published with O'Reilly, an agency grown from 3 to 50 people, a software product built and sold. We build with AI ourselves, every day. And we only recommend what we have tried first.

Most AI projects fizzle out by slide seven. Ours only really get going once the presentation is over.

How we work

We don't just lecture; we ask questions. What needs to improve in the end? Where are people getting stuck in the process? What data is available? And how and where can it be used? Only then do we talk about models, agents and architecture. We build in small iterations, preferring an honest prototype in two weeks to a slide factory in six months. If we don't recommend a tool to you, we'll say so. Even if it's currently all the rage.

Europäische Union

Your data stays in Europe.

EU hosting and clean data flows are our standard, not a special request. For every tool we tell you where your data ends up and what that means legally. This website leads by example: it runs on European infrastructure and measures visits without cookies.

Questions we hear a lot:

How do I actually profit from the AI boom?

The boom is mostly noise. Your edge sits in the work that eats your time today: writing quotes, digging through docs, answering enquiries, hunting for data. That is where AI pays off. Start small, measure the impact, then scale. Wait for the one big AI strategy and you will still be waiting next year.

What's the easiest way to organise my data?

Honest answer: you don't have to tidy up everything first. The myth of the perfect data warehouse has killed plenty of projects. We start with the data a concrete use case needs and get it into shape. Structure grows on the living object, not in a big upfront project.

What maturity level are we and my team at?

We work that out in a conversation, not with an 80-page assessment. Most companies are further along on the tools and less far along on the habits. Maturity is not a report card. It's a starting point. We meet your team where it stands and take the fear out of pressing the button.

Will AI replace my staff?

No. AI takes over the dull grunt work so your people have their heads free for what matters. Anyone who knows the business becomes more valuable, not redundant. It gets tight for companies that do nothing, not for individual employees.

Where do I start without getting lost?

With a problem that hurts and a result in two weeks. No steering committee, no tool zoo, no debate about first principles. One real use case, built cleanly and put into operation. The first win makes the case for the next one and pays for it.
